DownloadOn Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, The Garden Club of Kent invites gardeners — club and community members — to present the best of their growing season by entering their vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs in the annual Horticulture & Photography Show.
Seven certified show judges view all the entries and award ribbons for the best in each category, section and overall show. The public is then invited to view all the entries, meet the winners and enjoy refreshments in the afternoon.
On Saturday, July 26 at 10:00 a.m., the Horticulture & Photography Show committee will host a free workshop to share tips and tricks to entering your fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers in the show. Certified judges will share important insights and know-how about fashioning your entries into prize-winning displays and compositions.
For the Photography section, join us to get advice for submitting well-composed and aesthetically pleasing images.
