On Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026, The Garden Club of Kent invites gardeners — club and community members — to present the best of their growing season by entering their vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs in the annual Horticulture & Photography Show.   

Certified show judges view all the entries and award ribbons for classes and the best in Divisions and Sections. The public is then invited to view all the entries, enjoy the awards presentation and meet the winners. 

If you're a gardener and want to see how your own cultivated vegetables, fruits and flowers or your unique photos hold up against other area gardeners and amateur photographers, enter our show.

It's free to enter and fun to see what others have produced!

All  divisions allow for both adult (17 years and older) and youth entries (16 years and younger). 

For Youth entries, follow the  instructions for coding these entries as explained in the instructions on the Horticulture & Photography Show web page.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO VIEW OUR SHOW FROM 1:30 TO 3:00 PM.  After  the judging is complete, you can join us to see all the entries,  congratulate the winners and see who won the 2026 Gardens of Merit  awards.
